What You'll Do

  • Support WHS in daily business, support with marketing material,  product information
  • Discuss monthly sell through activities 
  • Adress gabs in sell through and  PSI, stock level management 
  • Agree on special  discounts for promotion activities 
  • Support to implement WHS strategy in HQ and branch offices, monitor that strategy, and KPIs are implemented 
  • Reginal support for Show rooms, make sure that LGE is placed probably 
  • Discussion with reginal ASM and reginal ASM form WHS sell through activities and customer  acquisitions 
  • Annual negotiation on trading terms and Bonus agreements
  • Implementation of short and long term conditions to improve the provide of LGE and to impact the growth strategy positively
  • Link Bonus agreement to customer acquisitions and customer transparency targets form Installers
  • Strong negotiations skills 
  • Develop strategy for WHS network
  • National expansion of WHS network 

What You Must Have

  • Degree in (Industrial) Engineering with a focus on building services engineering; state-certified heating or refrigeration and air conditioning technician, master heating engineer, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field
  • Above-average communication skills
  • Ability to work in virtual/distributed teams
  • High level of self-motivation
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent German and good English skills
