We are looking for an experienced B2B marketing professional to drive strategic marketing initiatives across Europe, supporting our Information Display and Information Technology businesses. This role combines marketing strategy, demand generation, account-based marketing, partner engagement, customer marketing, and sales enablement. Working closely with sales teams, European subsidiaries, HQ, product managers, and partners, you will develop and execute programs that increase market visibility, strengthen customer relationships, generate pipeline, and support business growth. This position is ideal for a commercially minded marketer.

 

Key roles and responsibilities

 

  • Lead integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, events, partner marketing, ABM, content, email, and social channels.
  • Own demand generation and lead generation programs, driving measurable contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize the customer journey from Contact → MQL → SQL → Opportunity in close collaboration with Sales and BDM teams.
  • Develop and execute pan-European customer events, roadshows, partner events, sponsorships, and executive engagement programs, ensuring strong brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation impact.
  • Develop and execute strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives across Europe.
  • Create customer engagement programs, partner marketing initiatives, and sales enablement materials to support growth and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, ROI, funnel conversion, lead quality, and marketing-influenced pipeline.
  • Collaborate with HQ, subsidiaries, product teams, agencies, and strategic partners to ensure impactful execution across markets.
  • Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and investment plans, ensuring ROI measurement and alignment with business objectives.

 

Required qualifications, skills and experience

 

  • 6 to 8 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience managing multi-country or pan-European marketing programs.
  • Strong knowledge of demand generation, lead nurturing, funnel management, and sales enablement.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and driving pipeline growth.
  • Background in technology, IT, SaaS, enterprise solutions, consulting, or related industries.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, Eloqua, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, and external vendors.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness, content development, reporting, and campaign execution.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented.
  • Strong storyteller and communicator.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced European environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and ambition to grow into a senior marketing leadership role.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
