What You’ll Do

• Plan and manage sales programs and promotional activities
• Review and oversee yearly contracts from a business‑management perspective
• Manage debit notes and invoices, including coordination with internal/external stakeholders
• Prepare and analyze sales and business reports for management
• Support sales teams with forecasting, risk management, and performance monitoring
• Improve and streamline business processes
• Conduct issue analysis and implement corrective actions
• Establish and enforce company policies and operational standards

What You Must Have

• Commercial training or a degree in Business/Management (preferred)
• 3+ years of relevant experience in planning or business/process management
• Fluent English; German beneficial
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills
• Analytical, structured, and comfortable working with numbers
• Adaptable, solution‑oriented, and proactive
