For our Business Service Center, we are looking for a HR Specialist (m/f/d) in our Frankfurt office to strengthen our team as soon as possible: 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute core HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, offboarding)
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Maintain and update personnel master data and ensure accuracy in HR systems
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR programs and initiatives (e.g., performance management, talent development)
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and corporate standards
  • Collaborate closely with payroll, finance, and other departments on HR-related projects and audits

 

Experience Requirements / Competencies:

  • Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ideally 3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles, preferably in an international environment (experience is a plus, not a strict requirement)
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices; experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required
