For our Frankfurt Office we are looking for an Intern in Human Resources (m/f/d) to strengthen our team as quickly as possible (6 Months period).

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Help create and maintain HR-related documents
  • Keep personnel records accurate and files well organized
  • Assist with reports on personnel data and organizational information
  • Support internal communication with stakeholders and subsidiaries
  • Aid recruitment activities and related administration
  • Prepare and provide status updates, summaries, or basic reports
  • Support continuous improvement of workflows and task execution
  • Assist in researching labor law precedents and relevant legal references

 

Experience Requirements / Competencies:

 

  • Reliable team player with a strong sense of confidentiality; previous HR experience is an advantage
  • Business‑level fluency in German and English; Korean language skills are a plus
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Structured, self‑dependent, solution‑oriented, and precise working style
