For our European Business Group, we are looking for a Lab Engineer for injection molding (m/f/d) in our Frankfurt office to strengthen our team as soon as possible:
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of samples and material pre-drying for injection molding experiment
- Checking the connected line (Air, Electricity, Water) for injection molding experiment
- Execution of injection molding experiment for various material (e.g. ABS, PO, EP)
- Responsible processing of test requests in the laboratory
- Operation of injection molding machine & data evaluation and data backup
- Maintenance of injection molding machine for use at all time
- Documentation of test results in German and English
- Participation in the optimization and improvement of workflows in the laboratory
- Participation in global, multidisciplinary project meetings
Experience Requirements / Competencies:
- Successfully completed training as an injection molding or Polymer processing
- Working experience at an injection molding company or Mold maker will treat preferentially
- Practical and theoretical knowledge in injection molding process & Mold design
- Enjoyment of technology as well as commitment and creativity
- Ability to work in a team as a communicative and engaging personality who carries out their tasks with great commitment, enthusiasm and vision
- Good MS Office skills as well as written and spoken English
