For our Business Service Center, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) in our Frankfurt office to strengthen our team as soon as possible: 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Independent handling of monthly payroll accounting
  • Advising employees and managers on all payroll-related issues
  • Developing, introducing and ensuring administrative processes in the course of integrating individual companies into the corporate group.
  • Creation and maintenance of personnel master data and administration of the digital personnel file
  • Account allocation of invoices and personnel costs as well as account reconciliation
  • Accompanying external audits of operations and payroll taxes
  • Close cooperation with Human Resources on operational issues and projects

 

Experience Requirements / Competencies:

  • Completed commercial training or university degree, ideally with a focus on HR or payroll accounting
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in payroll processing, preferably in an international environment
  • Experience in the chemical industry is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Excellent knowledge of German income tax and social security regulations
  • Confident handling of payroll systems, ideally SAP HCM or SuccessFactors
  • Fluent in both German and English – we are an international team, so both languages are equally important. Basic Korean language skills are a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion, and sense of responsibility
  • Hands-on and can-do mentality with a positive mindset
  • A reliable team player who can be counted on
  • Experience in global payroll adjustments, year-end tax settlements, and reporting tasks is highly valued
