Summary:
The Facilities Production Support Services (PSS) Part Lead is an experienced individual who will head the PSS operations on assigned shifts. This role will manage, mentor, and develop the PSS team of associates and contractors through daily workload assignments, training, project management, environmental compliance, and budget development. Areas of responsibilities will include, but not limited to, Solvent Recovery Plant (SRP), Centralized Electrolyte Storage System (CESS), Hot Oil Boilers (HOB), and Environmental Equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead equipment operations, maintenance, and repair activities of technicians and contracted operators.
- Manage Production Support staffing and provide leadership for daily tasks and projects during assigned shifts.
- Manage the safe operation of the SRP, CESS, HOB, and Environmental Equipment, ensuring that equipment is ready for production and meeting our environmental permitting requirements.
- Lead the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) development, preventive maintenance schedules, daily checks, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) review reporting.
- Ensure active participation and support of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Management of Change (MOC) activities by team members.
- Review and address safety, equipment, and site concerns with department management.
- Develop presentations and reports to ensure that company leadership is updated on the status of PSS operations.
- Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) library for PSS activities.
- Maintain organizational budgets for maintenance and repair activities, installation, spare parts, and/or replacement of facility assets.
- Arrange and manage appropriate contracted services support for projects, maintenance, and waste disposal, as required.
- Ensure all activities meet or exceed defined organization targets in safety, quality, and delivery.
- Ensure that all deliverables comply with associated contract documents, codes, permits and/or regulations.
- Utilize knowledge of equipment, utility, and infrastructure systems for improvements and troubleshooting activities.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline, and/or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of related work experience
Knowledge/Skills:
- Experience managing technical crews.
- Experience with managing contracted services.
- Experience working with CMMS (Maximo) type of asset management system software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas to gain consensus from individuals or teams.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to read both electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Experience with planning and execution of special projects, along with reporting on the results.
- Knowledge of project flow, budgeting, and cost reporting.
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar software a plus.
- Korean language proficiency a plus.

- Direct hands-on support of equipment as required.
- Comfortable with working at heights.
- Ability to wear various levels of PPE in support of tasks being performed.
- Flexibility to work adjusted shifts, as necessary.
- Positive attitude, open minded, and team orientated.
- This role may require up to 10% of travel (domestic or international)
