Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Go-To-Market Assistant Manager to support and execute in-store marketing strategies and operational excellence across retail channels. This role plays a vital part in managing the shop floor experience, coordinating promotional activities with field promoters, ensuring smooth communication with headquarters, and aligning with cross-functional stakeholders to drive sell-out performance.
Principal Responsibilities:
1. Shop Floor Management
• Coordinate bi-weekly flooring updates with TV/AV and IT teams.
• Monitor shop floor performance and ensure compliance with brand and display standards.
• Collaborate with PD/APM/Sales Managers to optimize store presence and merchandising.
2. In-Store Marketing (ISM)
• Plan, register, and track Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly ISM budgets in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
• Oversee execution of in-store promotions, POSM deployment, and campaign alignment.
• Manage promoter deployment and performance in-store to ensure effective customer engagement.
3. Promoter Coordination
• Supervise promoter activities across retail outlets, ensuring they follow GTM and sales strategies.
• Conduct field visits and provide feedback for training and performance improvement.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of in-store promoters when needed.
4. Cross-functional Stakeholder Engagement
• Liaise with various internal teams to ensure alignment of GTM initiatives:
• TV/AV Team (PD/APM/Sales Managers): Flooring, Sell-out analysis, ISM execution.
• Marketing Team: Budget planning, ISM calendar, brand compliance.
• IT Team: Coordination of digital tools for bi-weekly floor planning.
• GP Team: ISM bidding processes and PO (Purchase Order) review.
5. Reporting and Communication
• Compile and analyze sell-out data and ISM performance reports for HQ.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of on-ground activities and market insights.
• Support HQ with any ad hoc data requirements or analysis related to GTM performance.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in GTM, in-store marketing, retail operations, or sales coordination.
• Experience working with electronics/FMCG/retail brands.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Hands-on, field-oriented approach with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Fluency in English (Korean is an added advantage).
