Role & Responsibility

  • Monitoring and Management of Promoter Efficiency
  • Sell-out Target Simulation by product according to GTM / PM / Sales Team Committee
  • Merchandiser Management : Merchandiser Route Plan collection / Store Visit Report collection / Merchandiser Evaluation by quantitative and quantitative KPI /   
  • Incentive Calculation / Merchandiser Expense Management
  • Promoter Management : Promoter Performance Evaluation on the basis of cost effectiveness (Incentive Calculation / Target Achievement Evaluation)
  • Low performance store improvement plan creation and set up monitoring process.
  • Budget Management : Budget Control / Invoice Entry / Invoice Tracking / Payment Tracking
  • Weekly SOM and Monthly GTM Meeting preparation
 
Reuqirements
 
  • Solid proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications; sophisticated skills in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs).
  • Close relationship with TSS Channel Store Management (Teknosa , Vatan , Media Markt)
  • Able to perform business math calculations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively with minimal supervision even under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, organized with timely and assertive follow up skills and execution.
  • A problem-solver who is comfortable contacting different parts of the organization and escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Detail- and deadline-oriented, pay attention to high standards for quality and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to thoroughly analyze and research information.
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
