The Installer Channel Manager is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with specialized HVAC installers and construction companies. The mission of the role is to grow the installer network, drive sales performance, and ensure professional technical‑commercial support throughout the customer journey. By combining market insight, strong client management, and strategic business development, this position contributes directly to expanding the company’s presence in the residential and commercial HVAC market.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and expand the network of Direct Installers and Construction Companies, focusing on high‑potential partners.
- Manage and grow the portfolio of specialized HVAC installers through commercial strategies and loyalty programs (e.g., All Stars, Leads Platform).
- Organize meetings and provide tailored consultations, presenting technical and commercial HVAC solutions.
- Coordinate closely with technical support and the sales team to ensure effective pre‑sales and post‑sales assistance, including training sessions and product updates.
- Monitor commercial performance using KPIs, CRM systems, and dedicated reporting tools; conduct market analysis to anticipate trends and customer needs.
- Manage negotiations and contracts with selected strategic installers, applying company pricing policies and commercial terms.
- Define and implement business action plans, including up‑selling and cross‑selling strategies with a focus on AWHP, MULTI V, and ISC product lines.
- Identify key installers across assigned regional areas and ensure continuous field presence through regular visits and business reviews.
What You Must Have
- Proven experience in the HVAC sector, ideally as a technician or sales professional within air‑conditioning or plant‑engineering companies.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC installation solutions, main system types, and related technologies.
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with negotiation skills and strategic client management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and a strong customer‑orientation.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet installer partners across designated areas.
- Good command of English and familiarity with CRM/ERP digital platforms.
