For our Frankfurt Office we are looking for Intern in General Affairs (m/f/d) to strengthen our team as quickly as possible (6 Months period).
Responsibilities:
- Monthly office supply order
- General office management tasks
- Act as ontact point with vendors (e.g. offer inquiry, issue report etc.)
- Offer comparison and documentation in MS Excel
- Assist with employee requests
- Support work for Teammates
- Attend meetings and make protocol
- Writing Announcements on Teams or Email
- Assist invoice booking
- Support event planning
Experience Requirements / Competencies:
- Safe handling of MS Office programs
- Business fluency in Korean, and English or German language
- Customer and service-oriented mindset
- Structured, self-dependent, solution-oriented and precise way of working
