For our Frankfurt Office we are looking for Internship Logistics (m/f/d) to strengthen our team as soon as possible (6 Months period).
Responsibilities:
- You will support for purchase orders and the preparation of sales invoices
- You will support our Supply Chain Manager to ensure and coordinate the stock quantities to be kept, including delivery order processing to the parent company, incoming and outgoing posting
- You will support and monitor compliance with warehousing and logistics service contracts
- You will support our Supply Chain Manager for the complete handling of the transport chain and logistical processes
- You will support our Supply Chain Manager by the tracking of supplier contracts, checking and entering supplier invoices
- You will support for the monthly stock analysis and inventory
- You will support for customer care and the handling of customer complaints
- You will support for active participation and assistance in the preparation of monthly and annual reports and the preparation of reports and statistics
Experience Requirements / Competencies:
- Safe handling of MS Office programs
- Fluency in English language, knowledge of German or Korean is advantageous
- Customer and service-oriented attitude
- Structured, self-dependent, precise and solution-oriented way of working
