What you'll do

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment.
  • Oversee facilities management, office tower maintenance, security, cleaning, and related services.
  • Lead and supervise a General Affairs team of 15 members.
  • Manage vendors, service providers, contracts, and service quality.
  • Handle business travel arrangements, accommodation, and related employee support.
  • Manage company cars, drivers, maintenance, fuel, insurance, and usage control.
  • Provide support for expatriates, including housing, transportation, documentation coordination, and etc.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and office regulations.
  • Prepare and monitor General Affairs budget, expenses, reports, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to support business operations.

 

What you must have

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, Facilities, or related functions.
  • Experience in a multinational company is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Good knowledge of office management, facilities, vendor management, procurement, travel, company cars, and health & safety.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong budgeting, reporting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
    Professional, proactive, and organized.
