What you'll do
- Technical Support for AC product --> Create guidance, analysis data claims, follow up Quality issue, field visit to customer, & training technicians.
- MOT (Moment of Truth) Trainer --> Create guidance, analysis data claims, follow up customer satisfaction issue, field visit to customer, & training technicians.
What you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (From Refrigeration & AC is preferred)
- Experienced as AC technical support at least 1 year.
- Great communication & English skills.
- Well knowing refrigeration system & electrical circuit.
- Skilled in soldering & welding.
