What you'll do
- Managing daily operations, setting and monitoring targets and budgets.
- Leading, training, mentoring, and supervising a team of technicians and support staff.
- Implementing service standards, addressing customer complaints, and resolving service issues.
- Optimizing repair workflows, diagnostic procedures, and service delivery processes.
- Manage Service Center and way-of-working to be able to meet good customer service satisfaction level.
What you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Experienced as Service Center Head at least 1 year or more than 5 years as senior technician.
