What you'll do

  • Managed all legal operations for LG Electronics manufacturing plants and R&D operations in Indonesia, including handling day-to-day legal matters related to corporate, commercial, employment, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and operational issues.
  • Provided comprehensive legal support to manufacturing and production teams by advising on operational matters, negotiating with overseas suppliers, and drafting, reviewing, and finalizing various commercial contracts.
  • Advised management on industrial relations matters, including developing labor strategies, collective labor agreement (CLA) negotiations, employment dispute resolution, disciplinary actions, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Handled litigation and dispute resolution matters involving  employment, criminal litigation, and operational issues, including coordinating legal strategies, and preparing legal documentation.
  • Liaise with external law firms, government authorities, regulatory agencies, business partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective legal support and timely resolution of legal issues.
  • Conducted legal compliance monitoring for manufacturing plants to ensure compliance with Indonesian laws, government regulations, environmental requirements, occupational health and safety standards, and internal corporate policies.
  • Contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating.
  • Support internal investigations process.
  • Support legal aspects of factory licensing and regulatory permits.

 

What you must have

  • Bachelor or Master degree of Law.
  • Min 2 years experienced in related field, fast learner & able to work under pressure.
  • Advance in English.
