At LG Electronics, we are looking for a Key Account Manager – SAC (HVAC Solutions)
We are looking for a Key Account Manager – SAC, who will be responsible for managing and developing key client accounts, building long-term commercial relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability, and market positioning objectives for our HVAC solutions.
What will your main responsibilities be?
- Identify, analyze, and develop construction and remodeling projects, delivering integral HVAC solutions.
- Design and execute commercial strategies for assigned verticals and key accounts.
- Provide technical and commercial support in project specifications through consultants and dealers.
- Train clients, consultants, and partners on HVAC systems, applications, and controls.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on events, training sessions, and commercial initiatives.
- Manage and track sales opportunities through Salesforce, ensuring pipeline visibility and accuracy.
- Monitor and achieve business KPIs (sales, profitability, customer coverage, project development).
What do you need for this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC, construction, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of technical sales and project-based business.
- Intermediate to advanced English (desirable).
- Intermediate Excel skills; AutoCAD is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic environments.
