Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of basic sales plan by segment, model and account weekly, monthly and yearly.
- Forecasting sales in coordination with marketing and accounts.
- Review and provide market data and intelligence.
- Planning and execution of sell-in and sell-through activities.
- Planning and execution of sell-out activities in line with marketing and the accounts.
- Review and negotiate annual payment terms and conditions with the accounts.
- Managing accounts receivable (AR) and collections.
- Coordinating cross-work stream ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Reporting progress against weekly plan and managing risks and issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years
- University Graduate / Post Graduate
- Language: Turkish: Native; English: Advanced Level; Korean: will be an asset.
- At least 3 year of experience in sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electronics retail market and industry trends.
- Proven track record of success in sales.
- Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.
- Being pro-active and forward thinker in identifying situations and opportunities, and solving the issues.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams in a fast-paced global company, and adapt to change.
