What you'll do

Prepare month-end closing and financial reports with variance analysis, delivering actionable insights to Headquarter

Develop monthly forecasts, management reports, and presentation materials in both English and Korean for internal stakeholders

Monitor company-wise KPIs on a regular basis and provide ad hoc financial analysis and assessments

Support CFO and team head in implementing projects and strategic initiatives

Collaborate with Headquarter and cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls and execute annual budget planning
What you must have

Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2-3 years of relevant working experience in financial analysis, business planning, or related functions

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data

Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Korean
Nice if you have

Experience with MS Office (Excel), and ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Prior work experience in a multinational corporate environment
