What you'll do

Support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, with a strong focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) campaigns

Lead or participate in communication concept development to maximize product launch impact

Plan and execute ATL/BTL materials including offline and digital assets, in-store POP, and product collaterals in collaboration with creative agencies

Manage in-store visibility including POP development, shopfront display, fixtures, and retail experience (e.g. wall units, window displays, booths)

Develop and align POP timelines with GTM/ ISM strategy, and sales priorities

Execute marketing activities with excellence and ensure consistency across all touchpoints

Monitor and track campaign and NPI performance to derive insights and optimize future planning

Handle event execution and on-ground activation

Manage monthly marketing budget tracking, accruals, and system input
What you must have

Degree in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG
-
Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
