We are seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) with a strong analytical and commercial mindset, specializing in retail account management.


What you will do?
Develop assigned accounts and drive profitable growth through effective strategies regarding product, product mix, pricing, demand planning, and commercial execution.
  • Manage and develop assigned accounts.
  • Increase sales through market analysis, pricing, inventory management, and category-specific opportunities.
  • Define the appropriate product mix for each client in collaboration with the Product team.
  • Manage forecasts, sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels, and stock turnover.
  • Develop and execute commercial plans for each account.
  • Analyze the competition, market share, and price positioning.
  • Negotiate purchasing terms, promotions, campaigns, and retail space.
  • Monitor results and address any performance variances.

 

What you must have?

  • 5-7 years of relevant Commercial experience
  • Bachelor's degree Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Communications
  • Experience managing retailers, hypermarkets or wholesalers
  • Specific knowledge in demand planning, forecasting, pricing, and product mix management
  • Intermediate english level
  • Strong advanced excel
