As Key Account Manager for MS Home Entertainment, you will execute the sales strategy in order to reach sales targets and market share increase through an accurate sales forecast and the knowledge of the main sell-in/sell-out practices of the assigned channel and customers

 

What You’ll Do

  • Implement the sales strategy to achieve category sales targets and increase market share.
  • Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of the market to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other Built-In Key Account Managers to optimize company positioning across all sales channels.
  • Develop short- and long-term sales plans and forecasts; prepare and execute sales strategies for assigned customers.
  • Act as the main liaison between customers and LG teams to facilitate effective communication and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights; provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage customer relationships through accurate forecasting, sell-out tracking, budget control, and cost management.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments such as Marketing, Product Management, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Control, and Finance.
  • Travel frequently across Italy to meet clients and support sales activities.

 

What You Must Have

  • +5 years relevant experience in sales role in Consumer market managing retail customers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success within an account management position
  • Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and finance processes.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organisational and sales planning&operations skills
  • Good networking skills and abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadline
  • Dynamic and outoing
  • Team/Target/Solution Driven
  • Degree in business administration or economics
  • Good command of English, verbal and written;
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications e.g. Excel, PowerPoint

 

Nice If You Have

  • Additional language skills.
  • Post graduation course in sales, retail and marketing management
  • Previous working experience in field and in store management
