INTERNSHIP TRACK – DEMAND PLANNING
- Support demand forecasting activities using historical sales data and market insights
- Analyze demand trends, seasonality, and variances to support forecast accuracy
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams during planning cycles
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and planning review materials
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in forecasting and planning processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and data quality enhancement
What you must‑have
- Final‑year student or recent graduate in Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields
- Availability for a full‑time and on site internship
- Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical mindset and interest in working with data
- Good Excel skills (data structuring, formulas, basic analysis)
- Structured thinking with strong attention to detail
- Problem‑solving attitude and logical approach
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams
- Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, multinational environment
Nice if you have
- Interest in or basic knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain processes
- Familiarity with KPIs, dashboards, or reporting tools
- Interest in AI‑supported analytics or forecasting tools
- Exposure to ERP or planning systems (e.g. SAP – academic or internship experience)
- Knowledge of Power BI, Excel Power Query, or similar tools
- Ability to prepare clear presentations for business reviews
- Previous university project, thesis, or internship involving data analysis
- Korean language skills
- International study or exchange experience
