INTERNSHIP TRACK – HUMAN RESOURCES

 

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination
  • Assist in organizing interviews activities with hiring managers
  • Help update and maintain candidate data in HR and ATS systems
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including career website content, university relations, and internship programs
  • Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring pipelines and recruitment KPIs

 

Talent Development & Onboarding

  • Support onboarding and pre‑boarding activities for new hires
  • Assist in the coordination of internal training programs and learning initiatives
  • Support HR projects related to engagement, performance management, and employee development
  • Collect and analyze feedback from surveys and HR initiatives to support continuous improvement

 

HR Administration

  • Support daily HR administrative activities and employee data management
  • Assist in preparing HR documentation, contracts, and reports
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and internal databases
  • Support coordination with payroll, HR operations, and external partners when needed
  • Act as first‑level support for HR‑related employee queries

 

 

What you must‑have

  • Final‑year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
  • Availability for a full‑time and on site internship
  • Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Structured mindset with the ability to manage multiple activities
  • Good Excel skills and confidence working with data and HR systems
  • Interest in people topics, HR processes, and organizational dynamics
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Professional attitude with strong awareness of confidentiality and data sensitivity

 

 

Nice if you have

  • Interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, or talent development topics
  • Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, or digital recruiting tools (academic or internship exposure)
  • Basic understanding of HR KPIs, reporting, or data analysis
  • Experience with presentations or reporting tools (e.g. PowerPoint)
  • Interest in learning & development, engagement initiatives, or people analytics
  • Exposure to multinational or corporate environment
  • Previous internship, university project, or coursework related to HR or organizational development
