INTERNSHIP TRACKS – PRODUCT MARKETING

  • Support market and competitor analysis to contribute to product positioning and strategic decisions
  • Help develop customer personas and journey maps to improve messaging and targeting
  • Analyze market trends, consumer demand patterns, and growth opportunities
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including product materials and launch preparation

 

INTERNSHIP TRACKS – TRADE MARKETING

  • Support the development of channel strategies and promotional calendars
  • Assist in in‑store activations and help evaluate campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor sell‑out data and field activities to support strong retail execution
  • Contribute insights to improve store‑level and channel performance

 

 

What you must‑have

  • Final‑year student or recent graduate in Economics, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related fields
  • Availability for a full‑time and on site internship
  • Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical mindset and curiosity towards data and insights
  • Good Excel skills (basic formulas, data structuring, simple analyses)
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive, hands‑on attitude with willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
  • Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills
  • Interest in marketing, consumer behavior, and business dynamics

 

Nice if you have

  • Familiarity with KPIs, dashboards, or performance tracking tools
  • Basic understanding of consumer insights, market analysis, or segmentation
  • Interest in AI‑supported tools for data analysis or marketing insights
  • International mindset and interest in multinational environments
  • Korean language skills
  • Previous internship, university project, or case study related to marketing or data
