INTERNSHIP TRACKS – SALES

 

  • Support Account Managers and Business Developers in sales planning, reporting, and client coordination
  • Assist in preparing presentations, tracking KPIs, and managing internal performance tools
  • Contribute to sales forecasting and demand planning using historical data and market trends
  • Build performance dashboards and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Conduct sales performance analysis to support future planning cycles
  • Act as a key contact point between Sales, Sales Administration, and Order Management teams

 

Must‑have

  • Final‑year student or recent graduate in Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields
  • Availability for a full‑time and on site internship
  • Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)
  • Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to work with structured data and support performance reporting
  • Basic presentation skills (PowerPoint or equivalent)
  • High energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently
  • Genuine interest in a multinational, corporate environment

 

Nice‑to‑have

  • Knowledge of BI or data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
  • Exposure to AI tools applied to data analysis and business insights (e.g. predictive analysis, automation, AI‑assisted reporting)
  • Experience with CRM systems or commercial performance tools
  • Basic understanding of forecasting or demand planning concepts
