What You Will Do:

• ensuring the operational continuity of IT infrastructure - 
• supporting IT system users in their daily work
• installing and configuring workstations
• administering devices, servers, and applications used within the company
• collaborating with second-line support and external vendors to resolve major issues
• maintaining a high standard of customer service regarding the services provided
• administering the local area network (LAN)

You Must Have

• Higher education (university) - major: computer science
• 5+ years of experience on the similar position (in production company)
• Good communication in English (in writing & speaking)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams
• Analytical thinking skills
• Ability of effectively solve problems
• Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
• knowledge of Windows 10 - at the workstation administration level
• knowledge of LAN and Wi-Fi configuration and maintenance
• familiarity with office application, email, antivirus systems etc.
• ability to analyze problems and find solutions
