The Office Manager acts as the primary point of contact between LG Electronics’ Subsidiary Office in Nairobi and the appointed distributor in Sudan. This role ensures effective operational coordination while actively supporting and driving commercial performance in the market through the distributor, including sales growth and coordinated marketing execution, in line with LGEEF’s strategy.

What you will do

 

    Act as the primary liaison between LG Electronics Nairobi Office and the local authorized distributor.
    Coordinate and follow up on communications, directives, and requests from the Regional/Subsidiary Office.
    Facilitate alignment of distributor activities with LG policies, operating guidelines, and contractual arrangements.
    Consolidate and submit distributor reports including sales updates, market intelligence, and operational feedback to Nairobi.
    Coordinate regional visits, business reviews, and cross-functional meetings involving sales and marketing teams.
    Escalate operational, compliance, or execution challenges to the Nairobi office for guidance and resolution.
    Maximize sales initiatives through the distributor in line with LG’s SKD and CBU business models.
    Facilitate implementation through the ditof LG-driven sales programs and product launches in line with LGEEF guidelines.
    Coordinate execution of LG marketing initiatives in-country in collaboration with LGEEF Marketing team and the distributor.
    Monitor and report distributor sales performance by Business Unit, product category, and SKD/CBU product streams.
    Support forecasting and demand planning inputs for the different LG Product lines in coordination with the Supply Chain and Sales teams.
    Maintain accurate documentation, correspondence, and records related to distributor coordination and office operations.
    Analyze financial performance, identify viable business opportunities, and ensure sales and profitability targets are met.


What you must have

 

    Bachelor’s degree in business administration or in a related field.
    Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales management or similar role.
    Experience working with distributors, regional offices, or multinational organizations is preferred.
    Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
    Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders in a solution partner or customer organization.
    Knowledge in consumer electronics is preferred
    Proficiency in MS Office applications with strong emphasis in Advanced Excel and Power Point.
    Minimum 8 years' relevant industry experience 
    Minimum 5 years' leadership experience
