About the Role:

This role drives regional sell-out performance by developing and executing strategies aligned with LG Electronics’ business objectives. It involves collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Channel Partners to ensure effective retail execution and promotional activities. Key responsibilities include managing sell-out targets, analyzing market data, reporting insights to senior management, and optimizing strategies based on market feedback. The goal is to maximize retail sales, improve ROI, and support sustainable growth.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sell-out strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Communicate and manage regional sales targets across sales teams and partners.
  • Monitor performance and adjust plans based on real-time data and market insights.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges; recommend actions.
  • Prepare and present sell-out reports to senior management with improvement strategies.
  • Use data analytics to pinpoint sales drivers and implement corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with regional teams, key accounts, and external partners to drive growth.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Product, and Logistics teams.
  • Plan and oversee regional promotional activities to boost sell-out performance.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams and agencies for seamless execution of promotions.
  • Evaluate promotion effectiveness and refine strategies to maximize ROI.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in regional sales management, sell-out operations, or similar roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in sales data analysis, market research, and reporting tools.
  • Solid understanding of regional sales strategies, retail execution, and promotional activities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with adaptability to dynamic market conditions.
  • Relevant certifications in sales or business management are an advantage.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for client visits and fieldwork.
  • Willingness and physical ability to travel frequently for on-site execution.
