About the Role:

This role drives B2B revenue growth in the Consumer Products sector by cultivating and maintaining client relationships. The sales officer oversees the full sales cycle, create tailored solutions to meet client needs, and advances partnerships. Key responsibilities include designing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, maintaining and managing key accounts, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives to expand market share. Additional duties involve market analysis, tracking competitive activity, and identifying opportunities to sustain growth. The ultimate objective is to deliver exceptional client experiences, meet revenue targets, and reinforce the company’s competitive position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets, focusing on the B2B market for consumer products.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to promote long-term business partnerships.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, ensuring sustained business growth. 
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage key accounts, overseeing the end-to-end sales cycle and maintaining client communication.
  • Design and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals to enhance market share.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Conduct thorough market research analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Processing New Account Openings

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electronic products or technology industry.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Adept at negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals.
  • Relevant certifications in sales or business development are an advantage.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal car.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
