About the Role:

Data Analyst possesses the expertise to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive informed business decisions. This role involves analyzing data sets to uncover solutions to customer-related challenges, communicating findings clearly to management and stakeholders, and monitoring performance and quality control metrics to identify areas for improvement.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret complex data sets and apply statistical techniques to analyze results, generating insightful and actionable reports.
  • Design, develop, and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies to enhance statistical efficiency and data quality.
  • Prepare situational reports detailing root causes, breakdowns, recommended actions, and strategic solutions.
  • Evaluate current Customer Service operations through KPI trend analysis to identify areas for performance improvement.
  • Support project planning and execution, contributing to effective management and timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Identify and define opportunities for process optimization and operational enhancements.
  • Collaborate with management to prioritize business objectives and information requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, produce, and validate service reports and process documentation.
  • Source data from primary and secondary channels, ensuring accurate maintenance of databases and data systems.
  • Publish timely daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on service operations, including ad-hoc reports for both local and HQ leadership.
  • Ensure the submission of accurate, comprehensive reports that cover activities, results, trends, recommendations, improvements, actions taken, and key issues.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering accurate results within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
