About the Role:

This role is pivotal in driving lead generation and customer acquisition through comprehensive B2B marketing strategies. The position oversees the execution of marketing initiatives across various channels, including digital ads, email, and partnerships, ensuring campaigns are well-coordinated and delivered on time. The E-Commerce Digital Marketing Manager analyzes campaign performance, adjusts tactics as needed, and collaborates with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Additionally, the role tracks key performance indicators and develops reports for stakeholders, ensuring continuous improvement in marketing outcome.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aimed at driving lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Lead the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including email, digital ads, and partnerships.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely delivery.
  • Continuously analyze and adjust campaign tactics based on performance metrics and market shifts to maximize results.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts, focusing on key performance indicators such as lead conversion and sales growth.
  • Develop detailed performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting successes, obstacles, and areas for future improvement.
  • Work in conjunction with sales, product, and design teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
  • Incorporate feedback from sales and product teams to fine-tune marketing strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Stay informed on B2B marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Propose and integrate innovative marketing tools and techniques to keep marketing efforts fresh and impactful.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a B2B environment, focusing on customer acquisition and relationship management.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar, with a proven ability to manage customer data and optimize sales funnels.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work across various teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) and digital marketing strategies such as email marketing, content creation, and social media marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions that improve marketing performance and ROI.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with external partners and stakeholders.
