The Head of D2C Department will lead the strategic development and execution of the company’s direct-to-consumer initiatives. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and building a scalable D2C business model across digital channels. A visionary leader with deep expertise in e-commerce, digital marketing, customer lifecycle management, and omnichannel retail.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall D2C strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including e-commerce, marketing, customer service, and logistics.
  • Oversee the performance of all D2C platforms (website, mobile app, marketplaces).
  • Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and influencer campaigns.
  • Own the D2C P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure operational excellence across fulfillment, returns, and last-mile delivery.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or digital retail leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling D2C businesses and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
