About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Management Assistant Manager for TV who will play a key role in driving sales performance and profitability through strategic planning, market research, and execution of marketing initiatives. This position focuses on achieving monthly sales targets, optimizing in-store sell-out performance, and developing model mix strategies to ensure profitability across TV product categories.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs to increase in-store sell-out performance while maintaining profitability targets.
  • Create and manage model mix strategies to stabilize profitability and optimize revenue.
  • Oversee timely execution of promotional activities to maximize results.
  • Conduct detailed market research to analyze consumer behavior, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Provide actionable insights for new model launches and positioning to ensure competitiveness.
  • Refine marketing strategies based on market data to enhance product performance.
  • Design and execute marketing strategies to ensure profitability of each TV model.
  • Maintain effective inventory load-in programs for dealers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation of marketing activities and new model launches.

 

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Atleast 3-5 years in sales, account management, or a similar customer‑facing role.
  • Strong grasp of sales principles, account development strategies, and customer service best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of building client relationships.
  • Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
