About the Role:
The Sales Admin Officer plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the sales department. This position is responsible for managing dealer cost registrations, validating and processing dealer claims, and compiling accurate sales reports. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Accurately calculate and process dealer claims
- Register dealer costs and validate supporting documents
- Collate sell-out data from various sources
- Monitor dealer sell-in and sell-out performance
- Track and manage approved memos and offer sheets
- Ensure timely registration in SPMS and other internal systems
- Support sales reporting and data compilation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in sales support, admin, or related roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with sales systems or ERP tools (e.g., NERP, SPMS) is an advantage
- Team-oriented with a proactive and flexible attitude
