Job Description
• To Design, develop and implement assigned training modules.
• Provide training support for sales channels and program for the sales agent
• Develop or enhance and manage training support for agents
• Effectively communicate to ensure training support & activity is conducted appropriately
• Execute Training Needs Analysis according to company’s Best Practices
• Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills with other trainers
• Fulfill the role of trainer leader
Requirements
• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience as trainer in sales team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective people management
• Strong presentation skills with passion for developing others
• An open mind to keep learning and developing skills and knowledge
