What you'll do
- Repair defect product / Support customer.
- Support B2B Customer case
- Support Long-distance area
- Issue repair report / technical issue.
- Update repair status / transactions.
- Manage KPI → T-NPS (Repair), On time Visit rate, Reclaim rate, VOC, RTAT, Productivity, Tech Skill
What you must have
- Vocational Certificate, Higher Vocational Certificate or higher
- Able negotiation skills. Compromise and listen to customer’s problem.
- Able to work under pressure in various situations.
- Good command both English and Thai.
