The Product Specialist supports the growth and competitiveness of the Water Solutions portfolio by ensuring excellent product knowledge, market intelligence, and technical support. The mission of the role is to maintain high‑quality product documentation, deliver effective training, gather market insights, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction. This position plays a central role in bridging technical expertise with business strategy.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain, update, and improve product documentation, user manuals, technical guides, and training materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities for water‑based HVAC solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, technical training sessions, and presentations for internal teams and external clients.
  • Address technical queries from customers, consultants, and partners, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Gather, analyze, and structure customer feedback to support product enhancement and inform commercial strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams—both locally and at EU HQ—to optimize product features and support new product launches.
  • Train key stakeholders including customers, consultants, and Authorized Service Centers (ASC).
  • Assist in defining product positioning and support the development of launch and promotion plans.

 

What You Must Have

  • Proven experience working with chillers, heat exchangers, or related HVAC technologies (e.g., THERMA V from 5 to 51
    kW and Chillers >65
    kW).
  • Technical background supported by a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and engage customers professionally.
  • Analytical capabilities for competitor benchmarking, market trend evaluation, and monitoring product performance.
  • Customer‑focused mindset to ensure product solutions meet client needs and deliver long‑term value.
  • Ability to manage technical information with accuracy and produce high‑quality documentation.

 

Nice If You Have

  • Experience supporting sales teams as a technical product specialist or application engineer.
  • Exposure to product development processes or collaboration with R&D/engineering teams.
  • Experience working with European headquarters or international teams.
  • Knowledge of HVAC regulatory frameworks, energy efficiency standards, or certification requirements.
  • Proficiency with tools used for performance analysis, training creation, or documentation management.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving market needs.
