Position: SMT Management Specialist

■ Introducing the tasks you will be responsible for:

 - Perform overall production operations and line management of the PCBA manufacturing process.

 - Lead the establishment of quality standards, defect analysis, and improvement activities within the SMT process.

 - Handle technical communication and responses with major clients (headquarters and external).

 - Oversee daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of SMT equipment.

 - Manage material supply plans and inventory required for the SMT process.

 - Collect data and prepare reports for new line construction and process optimization.

Ramos Manufacturing Corporation (Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, Mexico)

 

Eligibility

■(Required) We are looking for someone with the following experience and competencies

 

[Essential Requirements for Screening]

- Someone with practical work experience in manufacturing companies (regardless of career length, competency-focused)

- Able to operate and handle automated equipment (such as SMT lines)

- Capable of basic document work using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Able to conduct business communication in English smoothly (emails, meetings, report writing)

 

■(Preferred) It is even better if you have the following experiences and skills

 - Ability to speak Spanish (to improve local communication and work efficiency)

 - Experience in manufacturing automotive electronics (Automotive Electronics) products

 - Experience working in electronics assembly processes, such as SMT companies or PCB companies

 - Knowledge of electronic assembly quality standards such as IPC-A-610, J-STD

 - Experience in Lean Six Sigma or quality improvement projects
