Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic HS (Home Solution) B2B Sales Manager to drive growth by developing long-term business opportunities and managing key B2B client relationships. This role goes beyond traditional HS sales, integrating Smart Home solutions and leveraging synergies across all LG business fields to deliver added value to customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HS B2B sales with a strong focus on Built-In products combined with Smart Home solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong project pipeline with builders, partners, and contractors—tracking opportunities and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Leverage the existing B2B pipeline to grow sales opportunities.
- Accurately forecast sales, projects, and inventory with distributors, including internal revenue/inventory projections for the next 3 months.
- Develop business partnerships through package deals across multiple product categories (SPEC-In).
- Serve as a product expert to effectively specify, select, and sell HS project solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for distributor staff and contractors on product applications, specifications, and selling strategies.
- Travel as required within the assigned regions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience in a sales role.
- Proven track record in B2B project sales (mandatory).
- Experience working with major Home Solutions & Built-In brands.
- Exposure to Smart Home solutions or Residential System Integration (preferred).
- Strong B2B/B2C sales background (preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders, including distributors, engineers, developers, and contractors.
