What you'll do

  • Drive HS B2B sales growth and achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities across key market segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Manage key accounts and develop long-term business partnerships.
  • Lead project sales activities, tenders, bids, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and project opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Lead and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.

What you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, or related industries.
  • 3+ years of team leadership and key account management experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales, project sales, and account management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice if you have

  • Strong network with consultants, contractors, developers, and B2B customers in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects and tenders.
  • MBA or other advanced business qualification.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales performance analysis.
