What you'll do

  • Support daily sales operations and trade management activities.
  • Monitor weekly and monthly promotions, validate registrations, and analyze results in collaboration with PM and APM.
  • Prepare management reports and verify monthly closing data.
  • Manage rolling forecasts, budgeting, and utilization reports as per HQ guidelines.
  • Provide risk analysis and ensure adherence to HQ policies.
  • Reconcile customer claims, promotions, and monthly accruals for risk management.
  • Verify sell-out reports and actual results.
  • Handle banking operations including vendor payments, and interbank transfers.
  • Process expense claims, accounts payable, and cost verification/analysis.
  • Book invoices and perform checks for cost-related verification.
  • Set up monthly cost accruals, analyze trends, and report fluctuations.

What you must have

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales administration or finance-related roles.
  • Bacholer degree in Business Administration, Accountant ot Information System 
    with strong knowledge of finance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and intermediate-level MS Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Nice if you have

  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Familiarity with trade management and promotion analysis.
  • Knowledge of banking operations and payroll systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
