What you'll do
- Support daily sales operations and trade management activities.
- Monitor weekly and monthly promotions, validate registrations, and analyze results in collaboration with PM and APM.
- Prepare management reports and verify monthly closing data.
- Manage rolling forecasts, budgeting, and utilization reports as per HQ guidelines.
- Provide risk analysis and ensure adherence to HQ policies.
- Reconcile customer claims, promotions, and monthly accruals for risk management.
- Verify sell-out reports and actual results.
- Handle banking operations including vendor payments, and interbank transfers.
- Process expense claims, accounts payable, and cost verification/analysis.
- Book invoices and perform checks for cost-related verification.
- Set up monthly cost accruals, analyze trends, and report fluctuations.
What you must have
- At least 2 years of experience in sales administration or finance-related roles.
- Bacholer degree in Business Administration, Accountant ot Information System
with strong knowledge of finance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and intermediate-level MS Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
