About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Head to lead our efforts in expanding business opportunities with government entities. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, deep understanding of government procurement processes, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to penetrate government sectors and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies and ministries.
  • Identify and pursue tenders, RFPs, and government projects aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure compliance with government regulations and tender requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government initiatives to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

    What You Must Have:
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in sales leadership, preferably in government or B2G sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

    Nice to Have:
  • Experience in electronics, technology, or related industries.
  • Established network within Saudi government entities.
  • Familiarity with Vision 2030 initiatives and government digital transformation projects.
