What you’ll do
- Manage and grow assigned key accounts for the TV product category, ensuring achievement of sales targets and market share objectives.
- Develop joint business plans with key partners (forecasting, promotions, pricing, and assortment).
- Lead sell-in, sell-out, and stock management to ensure healthy inventory levels and minimize aging stock.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, SCM, Finance, Service) to ensure smooth execution of promotions, launches, and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure best-in-class in-store visibility, planograms, and merchandising execution for TV products.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and business reviews for management.
What you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- +5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales, preferably in Consumer Electronics / TV category.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with modern trade or major retailers.
- Solid understanding of sell-in/sell-out, forecasting, promotions, and P&L impact.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with sales dashboards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Nice if you have
- Experience working with major electronics retailers and distributor models.
- Knowledge of TV technologies (OLED, QLED, UHD, Smart TV ecosystems).
- Previous experience launching new products and managing large-scale campaigns.
- MBA or advanced certification in Sales or Marketing.
