What you'll do

  • Lead the technical sales process, including presentations, PoCs, and live demonstrations.
  • Analyze customer needs and design integrated architectures (LED displays, controllers, CMS, AV/IP distribution).
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Professional Display market.
  • Train internal sales teams and stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.
  • Strengthen relationships with system integrators, distributors, and technology partners.

What you must have

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Pre-Sales Specialist in technology, electronics, or the professional AV industry.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales of: Large Format LED Displays (fine pitch, video walls) Digital Signage Solutions (hardware + CMS) Hospitality / Hotel TV Systems
  • Must reside in Asunción, Paraguay.

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, IP streaming, and AV control systems.
  • Proficiency in technical and business English.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical, results-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel (20–40%).
