What you'll do
- Lead the technical sales process, including presentations, PoCs, and live demonstrations.
- Analyze customer needs and design integrated architectures (LED displays, controllers, CMS, AV/IP distribution).
- Collaborate with Account Managers on RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Professional Display market.
- Train internal sales teams and stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.
- Strengthen relationships with system integrators, distributors, and technology partners.
What you must have
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Pre-Sales Specialist in technology, electronics, or the professional AV industry.
- Proven track record in B2B sales of: Large Format LED Displays (fine pitch, video walls) Digital Signage Solutions (hardware + CMS) Hospitality / Hotel TV Systems

Technical & Soft Skills:
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, IP streaming, and AV control systems.
- Proficiency in technical and business English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical, results-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel (20–40%).
