Role & Respinsibilities

  • Handle daily cash management (including bank a/c balance, FOREX (spot, forwards and swap), money market borrowing, fund transfer using Swift Alliance and deal inputs)
  • Management of mass payment
  • Support subsidiaries in monthly closing and RTC closing
  • Conduct subsidiary treasury process check to ensure compliance of company policies (SOD, Double payment, minimization of local payment, vendor registration process, etc.) and to review workflow and procedure
  • Payment/Collection process improvement (check-warehousing, supply chain financing, dealer financing, virtual account)
  • Manage cash pooling structure
  • Investigate bank reconciliation lapse and system issue
  • Check monthly mark-to-market entries and amounts of treasury product
  • Familiar with Quantum GTR (Global Treasury System) developed by Sungard

 

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Treasury.
  • Experience in back-office support and banking operation
  • Good communication and negotiation skill required
  • Positive and friendly personality
  • Maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct

  • Knowledge of finance and banking operations
