For our growing European subsidiary LG Energy Solution Europe GmbH in Sulzbach (Taunus), we offer the following part-time internship position for a duration of 6 months:
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Organizing and maintaining incoming invoices, including data entry into the internal system
- Regular Communication with vendors to ensure invoices are received on time
- Coordinating with internal teams to review and evaluate the services associated with invoices
- Supporting with general invoice processing and cost management tasks
- Assisting with administrative and cost-related tasks as needed
Professional and Personal Competences
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Fluency in English is required
- German or Korean language skills are a plus
