For our growing European subsidiary LG Energy Solution Europe GmbH in Sulzbach (Taunus), we offer the following part-time internship position for a duration of 6 months.
Primary Job Responsibilities
You will support our Supply Chain Managers (SCM) who are in charge of ESS Customer Service team with the following tasks:
- Managing shipments and updating various systems
- Managing PSI files for outgoing and ingoing shipments
- Collecting PODs regarding shipments (checking PODs, tracking numbers, etc.)
- Creation of daily order file list (QTY, Master Data Management (MDM) codes, consignee addresses)
- Managing stock reports on a weekly basis
- Updating after sales shipment order files and managing daily shipments
- Troubleshooting SCM vendor invoices
- Daily vendor mail monitoring and sending responses to requests
- Assist SCM and other team colleagues with daily tasks and upcoming requests
Professional and Personal Competences
- Preferably study in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or Logistics
- Good user knowledge in all MS Office programs, especially Excel
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- High level commitment and ability to work independently
- Business fluent in English, Korean or German language skill is an advantage
