We are actively searching for a Marketing & Sales Operation Analyst who will play a key role in strengthening the commercial execution by identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and enhancing customer communication through digital marketing activities. This role also supports internal operational processes—working closely with Finance, Legal, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial activities. This position requires an individual who is bilingual Korean-English to communicate with our HQ in Korea and is based in our Troy, MI office.
What You’ll Be Doing
Essential Functions (include but are not limited to):
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Operations & Pipeline Management
- Identify new applications and business opportunities from monthly target customers and use cases.
- Conduct outbound reaches to secure initial customer meetings and develop new leads.
- Share new product/application opportunities with internal stakeholders promptly and in a structured manner.
- Manage sales pipeline and accurate forecasts; maintain visibility of pre-sales activities.
- Analyze sales and prepare performance reports that provide actionable insights.
Marketing & Digital Communication
- Develop, refine, and continually update customer-facing presentation decks and marketing materials to provide current information.
- Manage digital marketing activities through channels such as LinkedIn to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
- Analyze digital campaign performance and identify new inbound/outbound opportunities.
- Improve customer communication content to ensure alignment of key messages.
Internal Operations & Enablement
- Create onboarding materials and support soft-landing for new hires.
- Standardize internal processes and develop operational manuals to improve team efficiency.
- Maintain close communication with the Finance team to ensure smooth processing of Korea-specific workflows (e.g., documents for HQ in Korean, varying approval pathways, etc).
Finance & Contract Management
- Coordinate with the Legal team on contract-related matters including T&C review and compliance requirements.
- Participate in the month/quarter/year end close process to ensure a proper cut-off of expenses, and timely posting of relevant transactions.
- Review and reconcile statements of accounts from suppliers
- Works closely with the Treasurer and Finance Department Manager
- Process various client chargeable disbursements as needed
- Process service invoices, expense reports, and petty cash requirements
- Verify discounts, terms, and approvals for invoices and payment requests
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: What We’re Looking For
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance or accounting or other related fields (business administration, economics, etc.) from an accredited university or program required.
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Marketing, or Business Development (preferably in a B2B environment).
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; excellent documentation and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual Korean/English is required
Preferred Qualification/What We’d Like to See:
- Experience in materials, components, manufacturing, or industrial-related sectors.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing or LinkedIn communication.
- General knowledge of contract processes, credit management, or finance workflows.
- Experience working with global teams (especially US/EU).
- Prior customer communication experience in B2B settings
